Counseling and Telehealth Across Iron County, Utah

Roots Counseling & Wellness is an Iron County practice, with our only office located in Cedar City at 732 N Main Street. Clients throughout the county can come to the office in person or meet with a licensed clinician by secure telehealth from home. Either way, you get the same 50-minute sessions and the same team.

Start With Our Cedar City Office

Cedar City is where Roots began in 2017, and it is still home. Our Cedar City counseling office is where we offer every service in person, including DBT skills groups, couples counseling, teen therapy, and our steam, aromatherapy, and chromotherapy sessions. Free parking is on site.

For many people in Enoch, Summit, and other towns close to town, a trip to the office fits easily into the day. If you would like to come in, call (435) 233-2240 and ask about morning or evening times.

Telehealth for the Rest of the County

Iron County is big, and some communities sit a long way from Cedar City. Telehealth therapy gives you another path: secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions from wherever you are in Utah. You need to be physically in the state during each session, and if your internet cuts out, your clinician can continue by phone.

Some clients start in person and move to telehealth later, or the other way around. You can read how others handle it in Telehealth Therapy in Rural Utah.
