Roots Counseling is in-network with many major Utah insurance plans, and we also offer self-pay. Coverage and benefits vary from plan to plan, so the surest way to know what you will pay is to reach out and let us check whether your insurance is accepted.

Plan availability can vary, and some plans are not in-network. We can confirm whether your insurance is accepted, and it is your responsibility to verify your coverage and benefits with your insurer. Self-pay

If you prefer not to use insurance, self-pay is available. Some people choose this for privacy or simplicity. Reach out and we can talk through the options.
