Rachel Overson

Rachel is a student intern finishing her studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. As a Cedar City native, she obtained her Bachelor's in Family Life and Human Development from SUU. Rachel brings her unique life experiences of being a military spouse and living around the world to helping clients from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about hearing people's stories and helping empower them.

Rachel specializes in Narrative therapy with an integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She enjoys working with adults, couples, and adolescents who want inner harmony and greater emotional strength. Rachel loves exercising, being in nature, spending time with her family, and nerding out about books and movies.
