Big Impact Small Changes

Learn Your - SELF

Get clear on what makes you who you are. Discover your values, determine what behaviors are beneficial versus harmful for your Life Worth Living, and do all of this with awareness of the present moment.

Learn Your - EMOTIONS

Work on building healthy relationships with all of your emotions. Begin to recognize that all emotions have a purpose and that you have the ability to manage painful or uncomfortable emotions while also experiencing more pleasant emotions fully.

Learn Your - SELF

Begin to recognize how you handle difficult situations. When a crisis occurs or reality is not going how you expected or wanted, you have ways you handle those scenarios. Start to observe if what you do and how you do it is beneficial for you and aligns with how you want your life to be.

Learn Your - HABITS

Understand what the term “addiction” really means. Separate the idea that addiction is only related to substances and alcohol, and look at certain things you do that might fall under the concept of “any repetitive behavior you are unable to stop, regardless of negative consequenses”.

Learn Your - RELATIONS

Explore the relationships in your life. Look at healthy aspects of them and areas that could be improved upon. Look at your role in these relationships and what you can do to help maintain and/or build a healthy dynamic with those you interact with.

A structure that lasts for 24-weeks (6 months), where you will learn different and new skills that can help you build your life worth living.

Breakout Training

A virtual weekly DBT Group led by our Skills Coaches and Therapists, where the new skills will be taught and learned throughout the Course.

Q+A Sessions

Weekly meetings held on either Wednesday’s or Friday’s to answer any and all questions our members have about the Course and the skills being taught.

Community Meetings

Special meetings that include our Therapists’ and/or Skills Coaches covering specific topics related, but not limited, to the skills that are tought in the Course. These are held every other week.
